He was a Son. A Brother. A Husband. A Father. An Uncle, Nephew, and Grandfather. To many a Friend. A Veteran and an entrepreneur. He was all of these and more. He loved fishing and the outdoors. He was a great storyteller. He loved everyone.
He is survived by his children:
Rachel A. Turner and Sarah E. Turner
Mother Edith S. Turner:
Siblings Paula Shade, Tammy Garvin, Husband Jim Garvin, Phyllis Maher, Husband Dave Maher, Grandson Kaiden Brennan.
Nieces and Nephews:
Tressa Pruitt, Hope and Cole Pruitt; Jessica Maher, Matthew Shade, Jake and Hillary Maher, Ryan, and Haley Garvin. Along with the extended Turner Family and Sterling Family.

Rick is preceded in death by his Son, Adam J. Turner (11/25/1994) and the Love of his Life, Margaret Cocke – Bartlett (5/28/2021).
Our Memories of him are vast. Great times, fun times, sad, and tough times. He was our Rick. He lives in all of us. He was all of us. He left an impact on everyone he met. He will be greatly missed and always remembered.
