Obituary of Skipper Allen Whiteley

Skipper Allen Whiteley was born to James Edwin Whiteley and Charlotte Ruth Linnbaum on November 6th, 1974 in Baltimore City, Maryland. He was such a blessing. He was and always will be immensely treasured.

Skip was raised by his parents in Glen Burnie, Maryland where he would spend most of his childhood and young adult life with his brother and sister. Where he became a big fan of the Baltimore Ravens. Skip had two wonderful children, Jenna and Shane before moving to West Virginia, where he met the love of his life, Missy.

Skip was a kind and gentle man. He was a friend to anyone that was lucky enough to know him. He was always willing to help anyone that needed it. He was an electrician for over 25 years and was employed at Shallow Creek Electric.

On December 3rd, God decided to call his son home. His family was saddened and their hearts broken, however, they find comfort in knowing his life was cherished and that he will live on in others. Skip was an organ donor and he saved four lives. He was always willing to help others in his life and he did the same in death.

Skip was preceded in death by his grandparents, mother and father, and his sister - Bonnie Patterson. Skip was survived by his wife - Melissa Whiteley, children - Jenna and Shane Whiteley, grandson - Tyler Ripple, son-in-law - Shane Ripple, brother - Glen Whiteley, and many other beloved family and friends.
