Patricia Keller

Obituary of Patricia E. Keller

Patricia E. Keller nee Pence, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2021, at 9:36 AM.

Patty was born in 1940 in Washington, DC, to Edward and Margaret, although she and her sister were raised by their grandmothers, BigMa (Nelli) and Zuleika (Zula). They spent a memorable summer road-tripping cross-country to Arizona and back.

Patty graduated from Washington and Lee (W&L) High School in 1958, where she was in several service and academic clubs and excelled in all her subjects.

After working for many decades as a legal secretary, Pat retired and spent her time enjoying her family and her many hobbies.

She was loved and appreciated for her knowledge, sarcasm, wit and for all the laughter she brought. She loved travel, restaurants, playing cards, crafts, genealogy, reading, and the sun. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family.

She leaves behind her three daughters Colleen, Andrea and Sherry; her brother Dick; her four grandchildren, Kevin Jr, Heather, Alyse and Bryce; and her three great grandchildren, Milani, Faith and Kinsey; her nieces Dale, Margaret (Margo) and Stephanie; her nephews, Steve, Michael, Rick, Brett, Nick; and her grand-niece Samantha.  The family members not mentioned are all loved and cherished by Pat.
