Sterley Dean Hoverter Obituary (1959 - 2021)

Sterley Dean Hoverter ("Dean"), 62, of Bealeton, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. Dean was born on January 2, 1959 in Alexandria, Virginia to the late Charles Hoverter and Donna Lee Hoverter, and was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne L. Hoverter and Ronald E. Hoverter. Surviving Dean are his loving wife of 20 years, Sherry Hoverter; his sons, Benjamin D. Hoverter and Matthew L. Hoverter; his daughters by marriage, Shannon L. Sneed and Michele R. Collyer; his brothers, Charles A. Hoverter, Sr. and Sabin O. Hoverter; his sisters, Sharon L. Mitchell and Tammy L. Pearson. Dean is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Dean's life will be held with family and friends this summer.
