Scott passed away in the comfort of his home on February 29, 2020 surrounded by his loving family after a short battle with cancer. Scott was 51 years old. \n\nBorn on September 19, 1968 in Leesburg, VA he was the son of Aloma Wine and George Wine. He worked as a mechanic and truck driver for many years. Most recently employed by Perry Engineering. Scott was passionate about his work, helping others and loved his social life. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by a daughter Nicki Brown (John) of Inwood, WV, a son Tony Wine of Harpers Ferry, WV. Mother Aloma Handren of Winchester, VA. Father & stepmother George & Janice Wine of Trenton, KY. Sisters Sherry Miller (Wayne) of Winchester, VA, Penny Grimes (JR) of Charles Town, WV, Shelly McBride (Ron) of Lynchburg, VA. Grandchildren, Case, Kinzy, Tripp, Hunter. Long-time girlfriend Karen Tapscott of Pine Grove, VA. Long-time friend JR Carter of Warrenton, VA.
