Ronald Freudenthal, 77, of Arlington Virginia, passed peacefully on April 14,2022.\nRonald was a long time Arlington resident spending the last 28 years there with his wife Ella.\nHe was a former member of the United States Marine Corps and spent time serving in Vietnam. When he returned home he spent time as a Metropolitan Department Police Officer (Special Police) in Washington DC and also working with Police Departments in Arlington and Alexandria Virginia. After his years on the police force he was an apartment manager and ended his working years as a parts driver for numerous dealerships in Northern Virginia.\nHe leaves behind his loving wife Ella Freudenthal.\nChildren Richard,Michael and wife Amanda, Timothy,Tiffany, DJ, Heather and Lisa. Grandchildren Emi,Dutch, Kyle,Tyler,Taylor, William, Destaney, Paige, Haley, Gwynneth, Emily, Maverick, Jacob, Brooke, Samantha and Amanda. Also his beloved Furbaby Frappe.\nHe was preceded in death by his father and mother Wilhelm and Kathryn, his brothers Richard and Robert, and his sister Sandy.\n\nA Celebration of Life will be held\nSaturday May 7,2022 12 noon at\nLittle Falls Presbyterian Church\n6025 Little Falls Rd\nArlington, VA 22207 with a gathering of food, family and friends to follow in the Hall downstairs.
