Kenneth Marshall Strickland, 59, passed away on November 15, 2020 at his home in Springfield, Virginia.\nMarshall was born in Hampton, Arkansas on September 20, 1961. He graduated from Fairview High School in Camden, Arkansas in 1980. Marshall spent 20 years in the US Air Force, retiring in 2000 with the rank of Technical Sargent. He then went on the work in the communications industry for the remainder of his carrier.\nMarshall is survived by his wife, Lisa Sayre Strickland and son, Tyler Strickland, both of Springfield, Virginia; sister, Felicia Strickland Russell of Irving, Texas; brother, Greg Strickland of Camden, Arkansas; and mother, Bennie Hand Parker of Moran, Texas. Marshall is preceded in death by his father, Mark Strickland, and his sister, Gerri Strickland Stinley, both of Camden, Arkansas.\nDue to the Covid-19 pandemic, internment will be at Mt Horeb Cemetery in Camden, Arkansas, at a date to be determined in the future.\nIn lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Capital Caring, 2900 Telestar Court, Falls Church, Virginia, 22042 or your local hospice.
