The solidification process consists of removing contaminants from the cremated remains, refining them into a powder, and turning the refined ash into a clay-like material. From there, we craft the stones, solidify them in a kiln, and polish them before returning them to you. For an adult, we return around 25-35 stones.
When we solidify remains, each set naturally varies in size, shape, color, and texture. All stones are unique and beautiful. You are not able to get a specific amount of stones since the process varies from person to person, but all relatively take about 3 weeks to finish. Stones made from cremation ashes create meaningful funeral keepsakes that provide a tangible remembrance for close friends and family to remember the departed by.
